Please be informed that the forthcoming TAPA-Asia FSR Auditor Training will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It will be greatly appreciated if you would register as soon as possible so that we can finalize the function rooms and catering arrangement etc. We look forward to seeing all of you in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia soon.

Training Details:
There are only 90 training vacancies available. Those wishing to attend should e-mail to david.ng@hactl.com to register. Payment –in cash (no cheque) can be made on the morning of the first day prior to the commencement of the FSR training.

The training is exclusive to TAPA-Asia members. Non-members should initially apply to be a TAPA-Asia member before registering for the FSR auditor training. TAPA-Asia membership application forms can be downloaded from our website ww.tapa-asia.org – click on the Organization icon and page down to membership Form. Cost of membership fee is USD$75.00 (MYR$265.00)

You can also pay for your membership and training fees in advance. Please also bring with you Two (2) business cards for training registration.

Registration for Training:
Between 0800 to 0845 hours a.m. on 8 April 2008
Dress: Smart casual
Meals: Morning/Afternoon – tea/coffee and lunch will be provided on both training days

Accommodation:
The Training Fee does not include accommodation or any other incidental costs. However, participants are encouraged to place reservation with Hotel Imperial, Kuala Lumpur directly for convenience purposes. The special rate of Executive Room per night include daily buffet breakfast is MYR$370.00 + 15% charge. Please contact the hotel directly for reservation.
